From the first visit until 3 weeks after surgery when splints were removed, Dr. Greenberg could not of been more professional. Everything he told me would happen, did happen, there were no surprises. I had not been able to breathe through my nose in many many years, and now I can. I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg for anyone who needs surgery for a deviated septum. The entire staff is professional and friendly. Cindy Jones is the best. She walked me through the process with much patience.

I recently saw Dr Greenburg for a blocked ear due to flying with a cold. I asked him what could be done and he replied it depends on my hearing test. Once the hearing test was done he explained that nothing is done to treat this ailment. It takes time for the eustachian tube to act normally. I am unclear as to why I needed a hearing test when they don't treat this problem. He said that he recommends prayer because it keeps his patients from bothering him. Guess what I will not be going back.

As with most professionals they have a lot on their minds. So you must ask questions.I found him to be very forth coming with info on my treatment. He even questioned the treatment of another Dr. he had sent me to.I don't need a candy coated Dr..He's a strait shooter that follows protocal. My treatment has been successful.
Norwalk, CT |
I would never recommend this ENT specialist. I went seeking assistance managing my tinnitus. Dr Greenberg was very dismissive and said there was nothing to be done, just learn to live with it. I found that dismissive, insulting, and unprofessional. The second ENT specialist I consulted took me seriously and devised a tinnitus management plan which has proven to be effective. Dr Greenberg evidently either has no knowledge of tinnitus management, or does not care (or both). Extremely disappointed.

I saw him because I was hearing crickets. After waiting 45 long minutes, he examined my ears, he said come back for a hearing exam. I went back - the test showed that I have partial hearing loss. I had taken off two (1/2 days) and I am self employed. I didn't need to know that I have partial hearing loss. I wanted to find out why I hear crickets, and what can be done. He should have said from the start that nothing can be done for the crickets and given me the choice of having the hearing test.
