I saw this doctor a year ago because I was having terrible pain in my joints. I thought it strange that she really didn’t check my joints. She sent me me for one blood test. I returned to her office and she told me I didn’t have Rheumatoid Arthritis only fibromyalgia and that I should get CBT which means “its all in your head”. Fast forward one year went to another Rheumatologist who examined all my joints, he found erosive damge, and deformed fingers 1st doc needs to go back to residency .

I saw Dr. Francis and was very pleased with my experience. She actually takes the time and speaks to you, and listens. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I find good bedside manner to be a rarity, but when seeing Dr. Francis she really makes you feel like you are her only patient. I would highly recommend.

A not so good impression the 1st time ever made appointment, I was late due to road closure , weather traffic , called and explained that , they said ok get here when you can , I get there , staff was unprofessional, not friendly , had me sitting there for 45minutes and then bad the nerve to tell me they can't see me due to communication error on there part and asked me if I can go back nect day , as the dr was seeing her last patient , I said ABSOLUTELY NOT , ever , left there furious , worst

Horrible...completely dismissed my condition and symptoms. Not only am I a cancer survivor but have various neurological issues. She thought sleep and yoga would fix it. I thought the drs role was to help patients...its unimaginable that she has retuning patients..

This doctor has the worst disposition that I have ever encountered while interacting with a medical professional. Her doctor / patient demeanor is absolutely horrible. She became unglued when I asked for more details about an MRI report, because according to her she already addressed that subject and had moved on to the next topic concerning my diagnosis. She then commented that since I had three separate conditions I should have made three separate appointments to have them diagnosed.

4 week wait time for appt, a 2 hour wait to be seen; she spent 9 min. with me, blew me off but ordered (limited) blood work; no call with results so I called her. I was told that meds (steroids) were called in for me and to return in 3 weeks. It's been 6 weeks. She hasn't returned any of my 5 messages, discuss my test results or sent me a copy of my results as requested. I am repeatedly told by her staff that I can "discuss" all that with her when I came back for my follow up - no thank you

She listened well to all my symptoms, did thorough testing, and the treatment plan she has me on, has me feeling much better. I work in a doctors office for 21 years, I am responsible for finding specialists for our patients, and I can honestly say, I am so happy I went to Dr. Francis!!!

Not a very good listener. Told my symptoms were all in my head. Recommended seeking a psychologist. Even asked my husband if I seemed stressed. Of course I'm stressed, I have severe pain, dry eyes and dry mouth, severe fatigue, etc.....
