Extremely poor. He is significantly lacking in professional judgement about proper patient care. Lacking in open communication with patient relatives about his intentions not to treat but to administer life-ending sedation after making patient suffer for days!

His lack of clear judgement and incompetence soon became readily apparent. He made himself hard to find, avoiding necessary communication and interactions. He knew what he was going to do but was secretive about his real life ending intentions.

As HC Proxy, he never told me patient was terminal. He stopped Hydration and Nutrition vital to patient's survival without my involvement, understanding or consent. I was present in Hospital every day. Began sedating patient to the point of unconsciousness. He offered FALSE HOPE making us wait for test results/6 days, while dehydrating patient and then it was too late. Never even expedited test results. Administered a lethal combination of medicines without even forewarning family in the room.
