1 and 1/2 hour waits two years in a row is not satisfactory. I walked out last night at 5:30 after arriving early for a 4:00 appointment. I don't care how good she is; my time and self-respect are worth something too. Last year it was the same thing except I got louder and saw a doctor who advised me to get over-the-counter eye drops for a very severe eye infection. My MD prescribed antibiotics for it.

I've had ongoing treatment for glaucoma by Drs. Richens and Gibb, with Dr. Richens performing cataract surgery combined with the insertion of stents. I've been very pleased with the care provided by these individuals.
