Very unimpressed. She told me in the appointment that I looked like I "feel fine." If I felt fine, I wouldn't be in the appointment. How can you be so sure of a diagnosis by just looking at someone? She then told me I just needed a decongestant... Like I hadn't tried that already. When that didn't work (surprise, surprise) I called in for an antibiotic. She prescribes one. Great. Then I get a call letting me know that it's ready for pick-up. So I call and ask what it is that I'm picking up, since nobody thought to call and discuss it with me. Turns out it was a medication that I am severely allergic to. And it's listed right there in my chart. It's like she didn't even check. And all they could say was, 'Oh, well you haven't started taking it already, have you?' No! Of course I hadn't. Because I know to double check prescriptions. But, had I not checked, it could have ended very badly and that's just not acceptable.

Dr McNeill was covering for my regular doctor when I called to have a refill of my medication. the medication is not controlled and used to reduce painful/debilitating flares caused by a chronic illness. Dr. McNeill insisted that I schedule a telehealth appointment with her to sign off on the refill, I communicated to the staff my goal to avoid the cost of the visit during very hard economic times coming out of a year of a deadly pandemic, they agreed but couldn't do much. In difficult times such as the one we are experiencing I would expect a medical provider to be more conscious and practice medicine to provide healing rather than to make money. Dr. McNeill's insistence to schedule an appointment that would cost me way over $100 when I communicated my inability to pay that, the necessity of the medication to enable me to work and pay my bills, and most importantly that the medication is not controlled, is nothing short of a disconnect from the hardship of people and their struggles.

Dr. McNeill and her staff were very patient and understanding with me when I was late and rushed to my appointment. They handled everything with grace despite having an even more hectic schedule due to COVID-19. I appreciated her explanation and atentativeness to my questions.

Dr. McNeill became my GP after my former doctor retired last year. I was nervous to switch but, wow, have I been impressed. She's smart and thorough, and straightforward without losing her empathy. After my first physical with her she noticed a pattern in my lab work over the prior two years and sent me to a specialist who identified cancer. Thanks to Dr. McNeill, we found it very early.

I met with Dr. McNeill for the first time and felt completely comfortable and in good hands. She spoke with me, without speaking down to me, and discussed my past, present and future, with no judgements. I'm very grateful I found her. I am having a baby in April, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with her as my doctor, but also as my child's doctor.

I saw Dr. McNeill for an urgent care visit and decided to do a transfer of care to her from my previous physician. My first appointment was very thorough and I felt she would be proactive in my care and listened well.

When I went to see Dr. Mcneill she made me feel heard but was also honest about the process. I appreciated her being empathetic and then discussing options rather than being dismissive like I've experienced in the past. It was the first time meeting and I really felt like she cared and wanted to figure it out with me. I am team McNeil now. :)

Dr. McNeill is very friendly and kind. I've never felt rushed or pushed into trying contraceptives that I didn't feel comfortable with like I have with other doctors. She seems to really care about her patients. I've always felt heard and like she had my best interest at heart. I would recommend her to anyone.
