She schedules surgeries and is always two hours late. She sets appointments in the office and is always one to two hours late so patients are seen up to three hours after their scheduled time. What makes her think this is okay? Her time is NOT more important than that of her patients.

I took my grandmother in for an appointment. We waited 1.5 hours before being seen by a technician, 3 hours before we saw Dr. Burke. UNBELIEVABLE. The doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable, but there is no way we'll ever go back. Speaking to others in the waiting room and the tech, this is...more

The wait is ALWAYS unacceptably LONG! My sister has left the practice and I am also after today's Appt. I can't spend half a day at a doc Appt. My time is as precious as hers.
