They have to be the most bad-tempered medical, I gag, on saying professionals. Nothing professional about these people. The appointment was for my brother, a severely disabled man. He, never, complains about people, he told me that the first interaction the office person was rude. The only thing she kept repeating to him, was that he needed a referral. His insurance company told him otherwise. But, no appt without that referral. We walked out because the doctor was even ruder than the office.

I called about an appointment and the person that schedules was rude and had no class. After asking what was on my insurance card she said we don't take your insurance and hung up when I tried to ask questions. No apologies, not sympothetic, just a rude person. My primary care Dr refered me to this office, I will definitely let them know how rude the staff there is.

Dr. Rampal was nice to me, but my problem with him was that he spent most of our appointment joking and then he diagnosed me with depression after asking me only 2 questions. He then decided to have me take medicine that I told him I didn't want to take because it will help me loose weight. Dr. Rampal came highly recommended to me and he was just a big disappointment.

He was terrible he told me I looked ok to him a month later I was a code blue I am not saying it couldn't have happened but I am sure that it's not a reliable diagnosis to tell some one they look fine. he might as well have pulled out some tarot cards to give me my diagnosis. t

Dr. Rampal was Extremely professional. He took a completely uncomfortable procedure and made me feel at ease and even had me laughing. The Dr. was upbeat and happy. Not miserable and self absorbed. He asked many questions before the procedure began. I have had this test preformed before so, I knew what to expect. Dr. Rampal took a stressful situation for me and made it a less pressing one. Thank you for your Professionalism, Your Spirit and Your Character. I Actually Enjoyed this appt. ????????
