Love Dr. Saiyed. She’s very thorough, thoughtful, kind, considerate of my needs. I receive prompt phone calls/messages directly from her which is rare these days. I first met her at Beverly Hospital and really loved her! I can’t say enough about her. I talk to my friends about her all the time.

Dr. Saiyed doesn't listen or show compassion with her patients. I had a series of scans & MRIs done and had an appt to review the results. Instead of having a diagnosis or a medical plan she use my time to email specialist with my scans. Didn't answer my questions and said sarcastically well I don't have a crystal ball and abrumptly ended our appt and ran out of the room. I have no understanding of my medical finding.

Honestly, I wanted to like Dr. Saiyed but she seems very confused when I talk to her about what is going on with my health. I had lab results come back online MyHealth, and they were very concerning, and abnormal. 2 days went by with no call to discuss my test results. So i sent a message asking for a call so I could have peace of mind, know what to do next. Another 2 days went by and I had to call the office. I really can't believe I have this knowledge and am stuck here googling symptoms.

Dr. Saiyed is wonderful. She actually helps! She is VERY compassionate and understanding. She is patient, doesn't rush me, asks relevant questions, and makes sure she hits all the topics that I was worried about last time, and catches up on what is wrong with me. She actually tries to help me and I love her for that. She is willing to refer when necessary which is great, because some doctors will try to keep you in their hands regardless of whether they can help you. I trust Dr. Saiyed very much

General internist with a lack of experience and a lack of confidence. Could probably get better medical advice online.

Rushes patients through, interrupts, instead of listening to issues and coming to possible solutions, refers to specialty doctors and prescribes meds for no good reason. Harvard Vanguard is an excellent practice, and the nurse practitioners are great, but Dr. Saiyed is not a good doctor. Harvard Vanguard sullied their reputation by bringing her on. If you don't care about your health, what meds you're on, genuine 1 on 1 care, and have money to blow on seeing specialists, she's the one for you!
