I'm giving 1 star because there is no way to give less. This is the worst medical office ever. The staff doesn't care the patient. they never return your call. Don't waste your time going to this office. Dr. Fatteh is not the only one in the south Florida. There are others doctor and for sure, others better than her and her staff.

She is one of the Best Doctors I have ever visited. After many years of dealing with allergies, she was able to help me get rid of them. It is important to follow up with the treatment, though it can be lengthy, it is completely worth it.

Absolutely disappointed with Dr. Fatteh. I’ve been going to her for years, but lately she does not listen. She comes in and doesn’t give you a chance to speak, she talks and walks out and leaves you with her PA. The service at the office is horrible and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I originally saw Dr. Fatteh in 2002. Wat I liked most about her is that she took the time to listen to me. I recently had a severe allergic reaction and was referred to Dr. Fatteh. I tried calling today to make an appointment. My 1st attempt they asked me if I could hold. I was on hold for over 5 minutes and no one came back to check on me. My 2nd attempt they picked up the phone, said nothing but it seemed they were shuffling paper. My 3rd attempt they let my call go into voicemail.

Dr. Fatteh is very knowledgeable and she spent a lot of time with us. Only problem is the waiting time that was about one and a half hours! Also, she cancelled us our appointment two times when we were on our way to her office. But she is worth to be seen.

Liked doctor enough, however i found her prescribing too many meds for my 5 year old. I have a child with severe allergies but was not ready to give as much medication as prescribed. Also notices the pharmaceutical sales person was in her office all the time. Nice person though.
