I went to Dr.Misnky to have my toe nails clipped. About 2 months after I was billed for $800 from a pathology lab. On examination I found that Dr. Minsky had sent the nail clipping to a pathology lab for examination even though there was nothing wrong with them. He never asked for permission to do so or even mentioned that he would do it or give me any reason why he should do it. Should you ever go to him to have your toe nails clipped, make sure he does not cause you additional costs.

I saw Dr. Minsky for a routine examination. I found him to be very knowledgeable and caring. He did a complete exam, described what he was doing, explained his findings and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very satisfied with his professional manner. I will definitely use him again.
