Impossible to get through to a receptionist by telephone. They will invariably keep a patient on hold, "accidentally" hang up, or transfer the patient in a loop until the call is "accidentally" terminated. Call wait times are upwards of half an hour, but it takes multiple calls to get through to someone. The staff is characterized by rudeness and general terrible customer service that is endemic to the entire clinic's atmosphere. Dr. Rovner finds it difficult to make eye contact with his patients.

I've been diabetic since 1955, on insulin then the pump. I've seen numerous endocrinologist throughout the years. After Dr. Rovner had me do the blood test, he was the first one to tell me I had stage 3 kidney disease. Somewhere along the line, one of these other endocrinologist should have told me that before I got to stage 3. He and his staff are excellent and compassionate about taking care of their patients. I appreciate them so much.

Loved seeing how smoothly the doctor’s office was running today! Compliments to the entire staff for all the improvements I witnessed today. It was a perfect visit! I was seen within minutes of signing in and was greeted by a very friendly staff and nurse assistant. The reception area was clean and organized and I loved the “Today’s riddle” posted on the wall! Dr Rovner reviewed all my lab work and it’s always nice knowing my labs were good this visit!! So, pats on the back to the entire office! I appreciated what I experienced today,

I visit Dr. Rovner every six months. I have low testosterone. He has great staff that respects patients. There was an issue with the billing department. I was asked to speak privately and the issue was resolved right away. Everyone respects everybody in this office. Billing department, front desk, PAs, the people handling refills, nursing assistants. If you request refill through phone, they call you after the refill prescription has been sent to the pharmacy. They send reminders for upcoming appointment. God bless this doctor. He is always up to date on a patients history. He never rushes you. He makes sure he answers all the questions you have. I will definitely recommend him.

Three hours of waiting past appointment time then was in such a hurry didnt really listen to patient. Very poor listening skills, poor bedside manner, rude staff and in addition to waiting 3 hours to see him it took another 20 minutes just to get the office staff to handle cash payment. Will never recommend this opportunistic hack.
