Her referrals to PT and chiro have been to truly gifted people, and she had a book suggestion that really helped me. When I got a new totally unrelated symptom taking a med prescribed by someone else, she made room in schedule and searched the literature while I sat there and found another reported case of same side effect, taking me off the med. She admits the limits of her knowledge and refers out.

If you are referred to Dr. Ellis, be prepared with a book and lots of patience. You might get to see her one or two times until you are only able to see the PA, who is less than stellar...very rude. Dr. Ellis isn’t what I would describe as caring and does not listen as she is too busy on her laptop. I left her practice after feeling like she truly did not care about my health, just my co-pay and insurance monies.

I was sent by my hand & arm specialist to Dr. Ellis for nerve testing. Nerve testing is painful and really needs compassion when performing, Dr. Ellis was not that person! Thinking maybe it was my sensitivity, I continued on with her. She didn't know what my original diagnoses was or that she hadn't received any paperwork, although I had seen her 3 times and even questioned if I was sure! She only focused on getting me another diagnoses. Once, I left her office in tears. Void of care!

Before you make an appointment CHECK visit this link , "Yale University Class of 1964 in memoriam John Friedberg " the very bright Neurologist which held this practice for 30 years , based on His death bed statement , make your choice , I would not take my dog to Her. The most manipulative MD I ever seen , she will not hesitate THE DMV blackmail if you do not take Her medications , plus scores of repetitive test , even after submitting full up to date record , why insurance keep on paying
