Excellent bedside manner. Very thorough exam.
I was referred to Dr. Tracy after sustaining an ankle sprain that wasn't healing. He was very thorough in his exam-explaining his findings to me. Talked about treatment options and together we formulated a treatment plan. He is a great listener with excellent bedside manner and very personable. Despite my injury, I had a pleasant experience with him.

Dr. Tracy is a phenomenal surgeon who performed two total knee replacements on me within a 13 week time period the later part of 2020. My recovery and results exceeded my expectations which is due to Dr. Tracy's surgical skills and knowledge. I knew I was in good hands and had complete trust in him. Dr. Tracy's PA, Wes Ladwig, played a critical role in helping me decide to move forward with the surgeries along with support during and after with my recoveries along with Dr. Tracy. Both of these men treated me so well and are stellar individuals and I am not sure if I can adequately thank them for getting my life back! I am no longer accommodating the problem! Also I wanted to mention that the staff at WI Bone and Joint Mayfair offices are super friendly and it was always a great experience being in the office.

I highly recommend Dr. Tracy and his team! I came to him after feeling defeated after hearing the recommendations for my knee from my former Ortho. Dr. Tracy presented me with an option that replaced my damage knee cartilage with my own newly grown cartilage! The MACI procedure changed my life for the better! After months of tough therapy, I am now able to exercise and hang out with my kids with barely any pain! Thank you !

Dr Tracy performed a massive rotator cuff repair on my right shoulder in August of 2018. After 7 months I am at 100% range of motion and unrestricted in activity, still building strength. Start with a great surgeon and do the work in rehab and you will have a great result!!!! I highly recommend Dr Tracy and his staff!!

We saw Dr. Tracy for my daughter who is 12 years old and injured her ankle doing gymnastics. He was awesome with her! I would highly recommend him to any parent looking for an orthopedic specialist for their child with a sports related injury. I was able to make an appointment immediately and his staff was great. He is very knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. Thank you Dr. Tracy for truly quality healthcare experience.

After undergoing knee surgery just 10 months prior our son tore his ACL and incurred other damage. We did extensive research to find a physician we felt confident could repair the already surgically repaired knee of our 15 year old high school soccer player and safely return him to athletics. Dr. Tracy exceeded our expectations. His involved approach to finding a long term repair for an already damaged knee speaks volumes to his level of care and expertise. Many thanks to him and his team.

After falling and tearing my rotator cuff, my PCP recommended Dr Tracy. To my surprise, he is not your typical specialist. He is personable, explains his thought process as to why he feels you need (or don't need surgery) in terms that the average person can understand. Following the surgery, he explained what he found (with before and after photos) and what I would expect as to the post surgery healing process. Saw Wes (his PA) for some post-op visits; excellent care! Highly Recommended!

Dr. Tracy is really good with torn rotator cuff repairs. He fixed both of mine, one was a massive tear the other to a lesser degree. Very little pain and fast recovery with full use afterwords. Both turned out great, just do what he says and your good.
