    Baton Rouge, LA |
He basically told me that everything my other physician did was wrong. This did not seem very professional to me. My primary care could no longer manage my condition, and this is why I was sent to the specialist in the first place. However, all Dr Shannon did was throw my PCP under the bus. My PCP is a pretty smart guy, and I appreciate him sending me to a specialist when he could no longer handle this aspect of my care. No thanks, Dr Shannon. I will find a more respectful rheum doctor.

Very personable, he wasn't there to just do a job. He explained everything in normal terms so that I would understand it. Very professional doctor and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a rheumatologist to definitely see him!
