I am 55 and had my knee scoped due to a tear in my meniscus. Results were outstanding! While I am sure not typical, I was practicing very light yoga within 2 weeks of the surgery.

Horrible experience. His office folks are extremely disorganized. I waited 3 months for a procedure that they ordered incorrectly. Stay away....there are a lot of other orthopedic doctors out there......this one is not worth the hassle.
