My entire visit was treated professionally and efficiently. From Dr. Griggs and his staff to surgery center at Swedish Hospital..

I would certainly recommend Dr Griggs. I've seen him a couple for different problems in both of my hands, and he's handled both of the very quickly and thoroughly. He's professional, knowledgeable, and very competent. I'd recommend him to anyone. His nurse Mary is likewise an asset to his practice.

Very glad I had the surgery for my basal thumb arthritis, at five weeks out, the pain is already much less than living with the bone on bone pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Griggs to take good care of thumb or hand pain issues and the rest of the staff is very nice and helpful too.

Most of the time the office staff got me in quickly. Dr. Griggs was very straightforward and to the point. I spent most of my office visits in the physical therapy side and they were great! I worked with Tim and I liked the laid back environment and how personable he is. Though the treatment for my diagnosis was kind of experimental, they both worked through different ideas until we found a good solution.

Dr Griggs and his staff were very organized and friendly. They made my first experience with them a pleasant one. I would definitely refer any friends to them if the need arises.
The billing department in this office is horrible. They won't even give you estimates for your costs of even an office visit.

Excellent surgeon and nice bedside manner. Understands the pathology at Hand. The convenience of the office and surgery center is same place was a bonus.

Disorganized. Systems not working. Running late. Unsure of diagnosis so they sent me to get an MRI and then forced me to come back to tell me the result of the MRI. This is a ridiculous policy. It is a simple diagnosis - it's either broken or not and does NOT require me to drive to their office again to have someone tell me broken or not broken. I have already been to the office 2 times. A simple phone call would suffice. But that would eliminate their ability to charge for another office visit!
