in Oak Ridge, TN |
Dr. Grace is excellent! He has a great demeanor, listens carefully, provides options for your recovery, and is very practical in his approach/treatment. I had cartilage in my right knew (both outer and inner sides) that had to be trimmed/removed due to swelling, decreased flexibility, and an inability to push off while playing basketball. His office staff were great to work with in terms of scheduling appointments, getting forms completed, and with their general happy attitudes.

Dr. Grace saw me after I fell and dislocated my shoulder. He was very thorough explaining the injury and what he could do to correct the problem. The surgery went well, and Dr. Grace was readily available when I had questions. I would recommend Dr. Grace without reservation.

in Knoxville, TN |
Appointments are set for staff convenience and angrily changed for the patience. The behavior is unnecessary . Staff changes appointment schedule to suit the staffs needs demanding patients drop their current events to meet the needs of the staff. Staff fail to communicate with patients. Patients that choose to find a more appropriate facility for treatment are told if they don't continue under the current Dr. They will be 'black listed' meaning they are not allowed treatment any where else.
Hi Jr, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. The staff at Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics take our reviews very seriously.
