Had a turbinoplasty done with this doctor, and I now have Empty Nose Syndrome, a devastating iatrogenic condition with no cure. Quality of life has dropped significantly thanks to how aggressive the surgery was. Be wary if you're getting nasal surgery with him.

Beyond his technical ability as a surgeon, Dr. Troob is a thoughtful, compasionate person who answered all my questions and made my decision to have surgery much easier. My post-op recovery was significantly less difficult than anticipated. Highly recommend!
