He completed his internship at Riverside Hospital and his residency in eye surgery at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Strickler is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Strickler has a special interest in Endocyclophotocoagulation (ECP) to treat glaucoma at the time of cataract surgery. Personal Pursuits Dr. Strickler is a native of Williamstown, WV. He and his wife have two sons. He enjoys physical fitness and flying airplanes. Dr. Stickler has volunteered his time and skills on surgical missions to Nicaragua. He is a member of the Board for West Virginia Wesleyan College. "

Everybody has been very nice. Everything in the office is set up so that things run smoothly. I am very happy with my vision after having cataracts removed from both eyes. I am someone who hates glasses, now I don't even need them.
