Dr. Schoifet has been appointed Medical Director for Joint Replacement Services throughout the Virtua Health Systems. He is an instructor for Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) for Partial and Total Knee Replacements, both nationally and internationally. He is one of the leading proponents of outpatient Total Knee Replacement in the United States. He currently teaches and trains orthopedic surgeons throughout the country and abroad. In 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013, Philadelphia Magazine named Dr. Schoifet one of the "Top Doctors" in the Philadelphia area
