I try to approach my patients like I would a family member. I try to calm their fears. A lot of time when faced with a diagnosis of heart disease patients can be fearful because it is the unknown. They don't know what to expect. I try to treat them like I would a family member and ty to walk them through the process and tell them what to expect and what kind of treatment plan we will formulate. I work with the patient on that and try to make them as calm as possible and help them understand the disease process. We have an outstanding staff that is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy patients' needs and they are very receptive to questions from patients. We try to have a family atmosphere. We are going to do the very best job possible. We will use all the latest technology and treat the disease aggressively and have a good outcome for the patient.
