I feel that Dr. Runyon is my partner in understanding and treating my chronic pain. He has given me three nerve blocks and implanted a dorsal root ganglion stimulator (DRGS). He prescribes the medications I require for my CRPS. His office is outstandingly responsive to questions. His PA is terrific. But above all that, Dr. Runyon offers true compassion and empathy above and beyond any I've ever received from a doctor in my long life. He offers care from a giving heart.

I had a consultation with Dr. Runyon yesterday. He was prepared with my history when he walked in the room, explained everything very well, was willing to have a conversation about, rather than dictate, treatment options, and very knowledgeable about his field. I felt cared for, all my questions were answered without rushing....he's a really nice doc, on top of it all!

I have seen Dr Runyon several times....Consult, Cervical Spine Steriod Injections, and now for RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) in my neck. He is courteous, conscientious, and stives to provide a pain-free treatment plan for his patients. He sits with his patients briefly before the procedure which allows te patient to feel acknowledged and confident in him. During the procedure he asks many times, 'How are you doing', and tells the patient, 'You're doing good'. What more could you ask for.
