I liked that Dr. Reynolds didn't want to jump right into surgery. He listened to my symptoms and complaints and offered other options than surgery right away. When I opted for surgery, everything went well. My family was happy with his responsiveness to them when I got out of surgery. My follow up with Dr Reynolds went well. My recovery was slow, but he explained my issues to my satisfaction.
