Dr. Pollack was very professional and thorough. He took the time to really listen my concerns and addressed each one. He personally called to follow up after my procedure to go over my results. He was genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure we found an effective treatment.

Dr. Pollack was so throrough and sensitive. He led me in the right direction of how to get to the root of my esophageal issues, and what path to take to remedy the issues. All of this took place in a timely manner. He and his office staff took care of everything. I could not be more pleased with the care I received.

Office staff was rude & refused to assist with PATIENT's COST for Dr. Pollack's services. Was told ONE story by apptmt. person & then Billing told me a DIFFERENT story who then refused any further assistance & rudely hung up on me. Ridiculously bad attitude for STAFF to have & they need to get their protocol process stories consistent & stop lying to elderly patients who often have difficulty understanding health insurance issues. Really sad treatment for so many elderly patients.

I would highly recommend this physician. He has great bedside manner and spends time explaining in terms easy to understand. My wait time was short and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends, as well as encourage them to see Dr. Pollack.

The wait is extremely long, the office is overbooked, Pollack is always working the hospital, the office staff is extremely rude. Definitely not a friendly environment. It seems as if everyone gets the same treatment...focused on volume. Quantity, not quality. Certainly not timely.

Office staff is that of the fast food industry. Do NOT visit this doctor unless you plan to be scoped, regardless of consult. Besides that, very nice and friendly to talk to. But Metro GI has a quota to meet, in my opinion. And that's scope, scope, and more scope. Oral and rectal. Also, would be a good idea to bring a witness with you at all times. So you can practice accountability and transparency. Another one-size-fits-all M.D. churned out. Good luck with Metro GI.
