Lack of services
I would not recommend this practice anymore. I had a good relationship with this office and the doctors for several years (over 15 years); however, my recent concerns have caused me to look for a new Primary Care physician. I had agonizing back pain just prior to Christmas and I waited until after Christmas to call. I informed the staff that I needed to see a doctor as soon as possible but was informed the earliest appointment I can get is in March. This seems unreasonable to me so I left a message with the front desk for Doctor Lin or Doctor Neuman to give me a call as I wanted to explain my grievance. It is now January 11 and I still have not heard from the doctors.

Dr. Neumann is wonderful. He has great 'bedside manner' and is very informative and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. I've recommended him to many friends and all of them are very happy with his level of care and knowledge.

My experience with Dr. Neumann has always been excellent! He is very patient and explains everything in simple way. My last visit was with Dr. Kelly who is always pleasant and patient friendly. Maggie, the office manager is always responsive and efficient. Overall, Dr. Neumann has an excellent team. Audrey Smith in Lab is very calm, patient and friendly. Audrey has a solid and reliable personality with excellent judgment. A valuable asset to Dr. Neumann's office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neumann's for 6+ years, and have continued to see him even after I moved 45 minutes away. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my medical needs. Dr. Neumann and his amazing staff are beyond helpful, patient, and very kind. I am blessed that my OB/Gyn recommended him to me. I've referred several people to Dr. Neumann and they all love him too. I trust Dr. Neumann to work in partnership with me to maintain my optimal health.

I have been seeing Kelly Krug at Olympus for over a year. The entire practice bends over backwards to accommodate my schedule and medical needs. On one occasion Kelly even let me come during her lunch break and I've never seen a physician do that for a patient. I have had financial and insurance problems and they have always worked with me to pay the bill or make payments & even reduce the portion when allowable. The entire staff is friendly, professional and feel more like family than doctors!

For diet medication, this place is excessively expensive. Insist on seeing you monthly to weigh you and have a friendly chat....I own a scale of my own and don't need to buy friends.

Dr. Neuman has been my personal doctor for 8 years now. I couldn't even imagine going to another Dr. He is very down to earth and always lets you know every possible option you have available. His office is wonderful at always trying to squeeze you in if you have an immediate need.
