Excellent Dr Miller and his staff were friendly and efficient. Because of my particular issue, he suggested a different method of treatment, and it has worked out well. No wait time issues.

I visited this office twice and saw Dr. Miller both times. Each time I left feeling that (1) my problem remained unaddressed. (2) Dr. Miller is abrasive, lacks empathy and compassion, and shows little to no regard to his patients or specifically me. (3) I wasted time and money visiting this practice. (4) It is most unfortunate that High Plains Dermatology (HPD) can bill my insurance and will be reimbursed for this poor service. (This time I have two commerical insurances, and they will be billed for nothing as HPD did not provide service in any sense of the word.) I am not a person who generally post reviews online (positive or negative). My experience with Dr. Miller at HPD is so exceptionally bad that it warrants this action. My visit today confirmed that my first visit in 2018 was not a one-off. Dr. Miller is the most discourteous provider I have ever interacted with professionally or personally. I do not recommend HPD to my family, friends, coworkers, anyone who prefers dignity.

I’ve read the negative reviews and find them inaccurate. Dr. Miller was professional the whole time. No negative issues on my visit. This was my first visit to Dr Miller. Staff was very professional. I have no complaints with the staff or Dr Miller. I would recommend Dr Miller.

This doctor is the worst I've ever seen. Even after enduring VA care. He doesn't give crap about his patients or their needs. He doesn't explain anything in layman's terms. He's quite full of himself and he's very proud of it. Nothing about the appointment was helpful and I left very disappointed and upset.

Extremely quick appointment (2.5 minutes) that involved him talking more about himself than asking any questions about my health history. Seemed to be trying to go as fast as possible as he billed it as a "detailed" exam and yet put in about 10 seconds of actual "visual" observation. Provided no results of what he observed in that record breaking time and answered no questions I asked. Would HIGHLY NOT recommend him to anyone as all the poor reviews on here are very accurate. Do yourself a favor

I went to him only once and never went back to that office. I went there for many years before he came. He had no concern about me being there. He was more interested in laughing and having fun with his nurse. I ask him questions and he said go ask my pharmist. Really,he was the doctor. 150.00 and 10 minutes later I never returned.

This guy was a complete jerk . From the moment he came into the room until he left he was rude and short the whole time I was there. I would never ever recommend this so called doctor to anyone I know. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this guy at all costs! He spent no time at all in explaining himself. I went to another doctor and he said that Dr. Miller had no idea what he was talking about with the diagnosis he gave me he was completely wrong. I am so glad I went to another Doctor.

Dr Miller was very short, rushed and not in the least concerned in an accurate diagnosis. I have suffered from a very irritating blistering rash with uncontrollably itch triggered from the sun. He suggested I might be allergic to the sun and recommended I avoid it...the sun! He prescribed an anti-itch for future outbreaks and requested to see me in a month. He barely looked at my skin, full of blisters/scars from recent and previous outbreaks, or even offered to run any sort of tests! 5 min tops

He would not listen to why my husband was there to see him. He barely looked at him and took a biopsy. He never addressed the problem that we wanted to discuss with him. He did not explain what the biopsy would be tested for. He was like a robot, just going through the motions without any compasion or care.

Appalling!! He was so heavy handed with the freezing gun I know I will have scarring. He so didn't care and just banged away at me. He didn't even want to touch me. It was the strangest thing. He couldn't have seen half my body for the cancer screen. There is a reason you can get into him with a few hours notice. I know Dermatologists are hard to get into, but wait for someone that won't do damage!!!!
