Patient Comments (3)
Attleboro, MA |
Dr Scott Mandel is uncaring and rushes through his exams. His exams are also very physically rough. For example, I was complaining about pain 3 months post op and he forced my arm over my head all the while I was screaming in pain.
in Taunton, MA |
As someone who cares for my chronically ill husband, I routinely have interactions with medical professionals on his behalf and having very little time for my own self care I cannot waste time with providers who are not providing exceptional care. I admit, the reviews regarding this doctor frightened me. My experience was quite the opposite of other reviews- everyone in the office was pleasant, he was thorough and explained everything. No wait time both waiting and exam room. Highly recommend.
in HAMILTON, ON |
Dr. Mandel had corrected the surgery that was done by another surgeon. Smashed elbow resulting from falling onto concrete, backwards & elbow first. He should've been the surgeon but was away at the time. This surgery couldn't wait because the bone had punctured the skin & was exposed to air. Upon his return, he immediately operated and corrected whatever was possible. The challenge was immense and took about 8 hours. He explained everything to me & my wife. Great manners & deserves much respect
