My first urologist was a complete nightmare. He was ready to cut into my kidney to remove my kidney stone. I saw Dr. Lisson as a second opinion. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and eased my anxiety. He was able to remove my kidney stone without cutting into my kidney and was great about making sure things were done right. I would recommend him a thousand times over to anyone who may need to see a urologist!!!

Dr. Lisson was very professional and it was apparent that his knowledge of Urology was top drawer. We had nothing but praise and gratitude for him during my Dad's stay at Wake Med and follow up visits at his Cary office. He has been up front with everything, explained the diagnosis, the pros and cons of treatments and left final decision up to us. Thanks again Dr. Lisson!!!! I AM COMPLETING THE SURVEY FOR MY DAD. Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
