Dr. Lim is super nice, has a great staff and is very knowledgable. I had quite a few 'vanity' concerns, which he addressed completely but quickly as he was laser focused on a melanoma on my arm. He did a great job removing it while assuring me that he would be there for me no matter what the outcome. Thankfully, it was good and I will continue going to him regularly.

Rude
I will never go there again! He had such horrible bedside manner. He laughed at all my questions like a jerk and looked at his colleagues that were in the room and said "I dont know how to answer any of these questions." He made me feel so foolish and was so rude with all my issues I addressed and the one thing he did do for me was prescribe a cream for my hands and the pharmacy called and said it doesn't even exist anymore! If you want to feel humiliated then go ahead and go there but otherwise I would definitely suggest not wasting your time!

I have been Dr. Lim's patient for about 15 years. He is tops in his field. Well organized office, timely on appointments, generous with time spent with patients. He also is accurate in his diagnoses. Nice guy, light hearted when necessary, serious when appropriate.

I had three minor skin conditions and questions. Dr. Lim was pleasant and professional even a bit humorous, asking me: "Ok, what have you got?" My fingernails were splitting and Dr Lim named the condition and prescribed very effective treatment. "Ok, what else have you got?" He quickly addressed each condition, provided effective solutions, was respectful and pleasant. There was a female nurse in the room at all times which I appreciated since this was my first exam. The exam room and entire office was superbly clean. The staff were without exception pleasant, efficient, and respectful. Dr Lim could have sold me anti-aging treatments and regimens, because I did ask. He merely said there was a pamphlet of information at the desk. I would definitely consult again with Dr Lim if any further dermatology problems occur.

I went for an overall exam. He was very professional, courteous, and he explained everything very well. Staff was great. Could be better at the wait times..I sat for 40 minutes before the exam. But overall I would highly recommend him.

had to beg for a mole check that turned out to be cancerous- he never forgets to tell his med students (always has an intern, every time I have an appt) to tell them that I over-reacted to the mole changing but my instinct was correct, arrogant and condescending, but, unfortunately there are not many other dermatologists in town so he is probably the best of the few available

Made me feel uneducated when asking questions, had a "student" in the room to observe and did not ask my permission, nurse was rude. Will never return.

I came to his office in my thirties about a spot on my nose that wouldn't heal. I was told "you are probably just washing your face to our hard or not using enough lotion. It's just a dry patch." I explained that I use gentle soap and rinsing, patting dry only. I pleaded for a biopsy. I was refused and told it was just cosmetic. I went home feeling silly and tried to treat it with lotions. A few years later I got a second opinon. The basal cell was so big I had to have an skin graft.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lim for over 20 years. He is so personable & professional. But, most importantly; he saved my life, Dr. Lim found & removed a cancerous Tumor on my Left Flank, in my mid-twenties. I never noticed a lump or pain. Dr. Lim, also treats me for Alopecia, so my long blonde hair grew back healthy & shiny - no more odd layered hair cuts to cover bald spots:-) I have a rare genetic illness w/ many complications, Dr. Lim always cares & gives me samples. Thank You Dr. Lim!

He is one of only a few Dermatologist in area. Appointments do take a month or so, but that is to be expected. He treated me and knew what the issue was, so I am happy.

Dr. Lim and his office have always been professional and friendly. He removed a basal spot from my nose and 8 years later, you still can't see the scar. He's thorough and trustworthy. He's very invested in your health and lectures all of us about skin care and sun damage. He's treated our whole family for various things. Acne, squamous cell, basal, moles, exzema...

Incompetent. He had a medicaid clinic. Took 4 months to get an appt. He left exam/ended appt. as I talked to him about my condition. Next day appt. are available at his private practice, if you have good insurance if not you wait 4+ mo. between appts. He decided to take me off of my Cystic acne meds to see what would happen, despite my objections causing deep sunken & pitted scars across both sides of my face. I now have a Master's, great job insurance, but can't fix the damagede he caused

Dr. Lim is rigid & in it for the $$. He does not have a genuine interest in caring for patients-very methodical /lacks caring. My daughter,about to be a life guard, I was worried about the dangers extreme sun exposure. Not being able to get a new pt. appointment for 6 mths, I took her along to my appointment (hoping she could take my appoint. and no) explained my concern, Dr. Lim totally ignored her like she did not even exist in the room & didn't offer literature etc. The staff & Dr were rude
