Dr Kuiper is an excellent orthopedic surgeon who is very caring and personable.He treats in the most conservative ways first.Having had 2 arthroscopic meniscus tears repaired on both knees on different dates I can highly recommend him.He also has an excellent physicians assistant Melissa Duncan Taylor !
