This content was provided by Dr. Gray "Dr. F. Scott Gray, the managing partner at Connecticut Family Orthopedics. He joined Connecticut Family Orthopedics in 1987 specializing in foot and ankle surgery. He is a founding member of the Danbury Foot and Ankle Center. Dr. Gray completed his internship at the Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine in 1982. He remained at the Maine Medical Center for a general surgery residency in 1983 before attending Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, where he completed his surgical residency in 1986. At Tufts, Dr. Gray took and early interest in surgery of the foot and ankle and received his specialty training there. Dr. Gray is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, The American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, the New England Orthopedic Society, the Connecticut State Medical Society and he is a former Trustee of the Fairfield County Medical Society. "

Overall, I am disappointed in the care I received from Dr. Gray and would not recommend him. The doctor does not do a close physical examination, nor does he take the time to explain complications. In my case, his failure to notice that a part of my incision was not closing allowed a full infection...more
