From my first appointment, I felt that things were going to be ok. Dr. Fleischer made me feel that I was not alone in the world. Family and life / work stresses were getting bad and I felt that I needed to talk to someone , and I now know that I picked the right physician. The office staff and clinicians are very helpful from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. I would recommend this office to anyone going through normal stresses to more needed Psychiatric issues.

We see the PA there, she is wonderful. I agree with comments about the policies esp the new demand to arrive 15 minutes prior or be charged 25.00. So if I am kept waiting for 15 minutes past my appt time, I will demand a 25.00 credit. And refusal to honor a pharmacist refill request, because at the last visit the scripts weren't renewed. Wonder what it will be next?

I can vouch for the bad review about the dishonest billing practices and their dishonesty in what they are prescribing. Telling a patient a tricyclic antidepressant is an antihistamine is dishonest. This was done to me at this practice. They also didn't tell me my insurance rejected the claim and waited until I came in the next visit. I had to reach out 3 times to negotiate a bill.

Extremely heartless cancellation fees. Their newest policy is that you have to be 15 minutes early to your appointment or you get fined $25. I see Marci who is a nurse practitioner there and she is the only good thing about the practice. Dr. Fleischer is absolutely evil and made me cry during my first appointment. The front desk is also extremely rude when you call it always seems like you are a nuisance to them. They never have a kind word to say, they just rush you off the phone.

Inexplicably the following comes to mind; "The point is, ladies and gentlemen, that Greed, for lack of a better word, is good. Greed is right. Greed works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of this providers opportunistic spirit.

My wife and I have been patients of this practice for many years. The dr. and the clinicians are good, but the office policies towards penalties and fees are VERY egregious. They demand a $75 penalty for a no-show without 2-days notice, and they are inflexible on that. In addition, they charged me $30 to call in a refill on a script. And...they have just instituted a policy of demanding patients arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment, at the risk of having to pay a $25 penalty..

With so many things going on in my life, it was great to find a doctor who was willing to take the time to listen, and very caring about every single need, and also one of the very few who takes insurance. The office staff was also awesome. Scheduling appointments was much easier than other offices also. It is a very professional and organized office. Thank you for making me feel so much better !!!

Dr. Fleischer is very caring for his patients. The office staff is great! My father needed an appointment and I was able get him an appointment very quickly within the same week. Dr. Fleischer has been so helpful in treating my father's Alzheimer's condition even when his Internist refused to treat him.
