Dr. Burlison has done a great job on helping me to where I can do things that I haven't been able to do in 25 years. I was really close to having to be in a wheelchair, and now I am repotting plants, cooking dinner, and enjoying my life again. I would recommend him to my family and friends for his help. Thank you, Dr. Burlison for being who you are.

I've been a patient of pain management for many years, since about 1999 or 2000. I started out with Dr Harris, who has done a few surgeries for me and helped me with my pain. Over the years I have seen many doctors at Azalea, and have nothing but good things to say about them. Likewise with Dr. Scott, who's great fun, friendly, patient with my many questions, and explains things in as much detail as I ask for, which is usually a lot. Despite the two hour drive, I love Azalea.

Dr. Burlison is extremely thorough and explains everything in a manner that fits the patient's knowledge. I had a very difficult to diagnose issue with my lower back that had been almost crippling me for over a year. Dr. Burlison presented me with alternative procedures explaining each in detail and making his own recommendations, yet leaving the final decision to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr Burlison is an excellent doctor. Very caring and understanding and explains everything in terms I can understand. He is very compassionate and genuinely cares about my pain and well being. After seeing many doctors, he helped me on my first visit. Some people seem to be concerned about the drug tests, but that's perfectly normal when seeing a PM doctor. He is absolutely the best doctor I've ever seen for my many back and hip problems. His staff is top notch. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Burlison was patient and kind. He listened to me and gave me a great treatment plan for my pain. He seems to be a very understanding dr no matter the age. Treating the pain and the well being of his patients seem to come first with him. I was very satisfied with my visit. However the only odd thing was that he required a drug test, which was no big deal for me. Just thought that was strange for a first visit.
