Waited 3 weeks before I could even get someone to schedule appointment. First appointment was over 2 months out. Finally got a virtual appointment and he was totally unprepared. No one got my prior tests and then he stated the prior tests were "too old" (they were done just prior to my quest in getting appt). Said I needed to repeat tests yet again. I got no information, felt like a waste of time and that I shouldn't be charged. He made me feel responsible for the whole situation that his office created.

Dr. Broncato did a disastrous ablation on me. He punctured my heart and I spent time in the ICU. What was to be a day surgery turned out to be 5 days in hospital and two blood transfusions. Before this ablation I felt good and hadn’t been in a-fib for 8 months. Since he did this, I’ve been in a fib 3 times this first month and am totally housebound. I’m now on several more drugs and have been told that I’ll probably have to have my electrical system disabled and a pacemaker installed as my heart has been so damaged. Through all of this he didn’t call or see me in the hospital. I tried to get an appointment with him afterward to get some clarity on what happened, and was told I couldn’t see him for two and a half months, so over a month out, I’ve only been able to see a nurse practitioner. This doctor has ruined my life.

Dr Brancato has worked miracles for us. My husband is in heart failure and Dr Brancanto's expertise and persistence has enabled him to have a quality of life in to his eighties that astonishes us. Dr Brancato is very focused and intense, with huge demands on his time, and I believe does everything he can for the patient's welfare. When it came time for us to move, our first priority was to stay close enough to continue to see him as our physician.

Initially, Dr. Broncato was patient and kind. But recently he became less patient and showed arrogance.

Not likely Arrogant would be the first word out of my mouth! He preformed my second and third ablation and I am still not right. After my second he told me the skip on the 3rd. beat was normal, 6 months later I had my third ablation to fix that skip as it was then called a PVC, on every third beat! They are not good things, not I am just back to afab that is worse than it was before my second ablation! My partner is a nurse, she has witnessed his as she calls it "Disdain for my questions!" ...:(
