Johnstown, OH |
I had an appointment with Dr. Arlin and was very disappointed. He had admitted to me that he had already looked at medical records sent over to him by my primary care physician and still ignored my symptoms. He ran a bunch of blood tests and here I am a week later and still don't know the results. I have made phone calls to his office with no return phone calls. I called my primary care physician and they tried calling his office with no return phone call.

I had my first visit with Dr. Arlin today. This was a referral from another gastroenterologist. Dr. Arlin took the time to go through my history, explain the procedure he wanted to perform and the potential outcome. The office staff was friendly and quickly confirmed my insurance coverage and scheduled the procedure.

I have been seeing Dr Arlin for about 10 years. I have a family history of colon cancer and rectal melanoma and he is very conscientious about that. I am on the 2 yr schedule for colonoscopies and I love him. He remembers me every time I see him, his admin staff is great, he has great bedside manner and is considerate of my issues with general anesthesia. I moved to Massachusetts over 2 years ago and just scheduled my next colonoscopy with him because I don't want to change doctors.
Saw him twice. 2nd time I gave him a chance I was more disappointed than the 1st time. I sat in waiting room 1/2 hour and in his office for over 2 hours and then given less than 5 minutes of his time and pretty much blown off..never will go there again.
Columbus, OH |
Doesnt seem to be interested in finding out what is wrong. Is content to let me self medicate and not do more tests. Has yet to tell me what is actually wrong with me.
Lack of empathy. Did not respond or even acknowledge repeated calls and portal message. Nice medical Secretary.
