Didn’t listen to any of my concerns and refused to change medications after I made it clear to him that I felt I was getting worse. He never took me seriously.

I have been a patient of Dr.Arbaugh for 16yrs. He has always explained what medication he is prescribing, and why. He listens to any concerns I may and answers any questions. His staff is very efficient and caring. I have, and will continue to, refer others to him. Thank you Dr. Arbaugh.

I think that Dr. Arbaugh and hos office are great. Very professional. Dr. Arbaugh was recommended to me by a close friend who was helped by this Dr. I have since referred several other individuals to hos practice.

This is my first bad review I have ever left in my life. You have to do a pretty bang up job to get me posting online. This is the worst doctor staff combo ever. They are extremely rude and don't like being bothered. If your request requires any sort of effort on their part they will be sure to show you their displeasure. Zero respect and appreciation for their patients. The doctor is just as bad as his staff. He is egotistical and speaks down to you. Advice? RUN

I found Dr. Arbaugh to be an excellent diagnostician, it took him no time to figure out how to help me. He listens very carefully and has no problem answering questions either about the name of the illness or the medication to be used. He is a very caring person, when he asks how are you or how are things working for you he is truly interested in the answer. Both ladies on his staff at O'Fallon are great and in their attitude reflect that they like working for Dr. Arbaugh.

Little regard for or explanation of side effects of medication. Very cold delivery of information. Not very empathetic. I learned more about what medication was prescribed for on the internet than from the doctor.
