First time I met Dr. Abraham he was very professional told me everything that I needed to know about my degenerative hip what it would take to repair it. Showed me the hardware and said it would be a snap we just had to get to it. That was at the beginning of the pandemic. We scheduled the first surgery in January I thought that that would be too cold and didn’t want to fall then march 2020 and all the restrictions for the pandemic were in place and we had to wait by June I was ready. So was he, he again explained everything to me made me realize that the anesthesia that he was used to his patients having was the best for recovery understood my recovery situation concerning drugs and did his job. I am so pleased with my recovery and his work and his professionalism I would recommend him to any and everybody hope he stays safe and well.

Full knee replacement and walking the 1st day. I'm still blown away. Dr Abraham is excellent. He is very detailed, and gives good direction, on which preferred treatment, is best for each individual. Most Grateful ,for his true care, and compassion in this field. His bedside manner is outstanding as well. If, and when, I have to have the other leg, I will no longer feel I need to put it off, from fear of the process. Well done, Doc! Huge blessing to Apex and Kansas City! THANK YOU!!

A is for Abraham, awesome, accomplished, accurate and amazing. I had bilateral total knee replacement-robotic assisted. Dr. Abraham painted a realistic picture of the surgery, post surgery and rehabilitation. His personality is more reserved, but always took plenty of time to answer my many questions. His proactive approach to pain management and recovery was impressive and much appreciated. His support staff of Caitlin and Lindsey are equally impressive, knowledgeable and are prompt to answer questions by phone or email. I will say the front desk and office phone management at Apex could stand some improvements. I am 3 months post surgery and I have excellent range of motion in both knees. I have a small kink/scar tissue in the left knee that he acknowledges and will continue to monitor. I am so appreciative he approved a bilateral procedure and although challenging I am very pleased with the outcome.

I had robotic knee replacement surgery in 2021. Afterwards, Dr Abraham told me that the surgery was “very brutal” (his exact words). Wish he had told me that before the surgery, I would’ve gone with someone else. I really don’t like this doctor at all!! Additionally, his manner of talking with patients is dismissive, rude and downright offensive!! It’s amazing to me that patients in 2020 described him as positive. My advice: stay away!!

This was a revision of knee replacement of 14 years ago. This surgery recovery was easier than the first. My first surgery date was cancelled due to Covid. They got me back on the schedule as soon as they could. I have had to use 3 of the doctors at APEX and have found them all to be caring and professional doctors.
