Too long wait to get into this office and they are very inconsiderate, if you miss an appointment, they give you a hard time about rescheduling. First one cancelled due to covid concern and they never called me back to reschedule. I had to call them. Next appointment rescheduled due to had come back from unexpected overseas trip. (Their message says cancel appointment if you were on travel)This time was flat out told will not reschedule me at all. Leaving me with my bone issues and no local doctor to see. Inconsiderate, uncaring group, from phone rep all the way up to the doctor.
Didn't really address any of my concerns. He recommended that I go to a Philadelphia Hospital to be seen but did not recommend a hospital or a Physician to see. He prescribed a medication...even though another med inn the same class of drugs did not work for me. I told him this. His nurse got a bit of attitude when I told her I was not happy with the visit.
Dr. Mehta takes the time to ask questions and help navigate health concerns. He is always very thorough, and if he can’t help, he will find or refer you to someone who will. I always leave his office feeling helped and listened to.
I have been seeing Dr. Mehta for a few years. He is an amazing doctor. Very caring, takes his time to answer any questions. Dr. Mehta is very respectful and professional.
Saw him at the RHMC Clinic; he seemed willing to find out what was wrong and help at the first visit.
The 2nd visit was a different story. He said I had Chronic pain and fibromyalgia, they don't treat them at the clinic; while pushing me out the door he recomencognitive therapy - so another MALE can try to convince me I'm not REALLY in pain everyday because, as all us women know,it's all in our heads.
Yeah. He's one of those. If they don't know,better YOU look like the idiot than them.
