Dr. Patel is a wonderful Dr. He has great people skills, and he knows his stuff but at what cost? The customer service skills of the people answering the phones and handling his patient's information leave much to be desired. They are rude and unpleasant once you become a patient on York Ave. I will not stand to be treated like that. It was good while it lasted. Thank you Dr. Patel for your assistance and great patient care.
