Dr Nataro was very rude to my 87yr old mother kept yelling at her to open her eyes or she could not help her she said your eyes are open when you walk no compassion. Also she has angels in the office with st Joseph prayers maybe she should pray more and be kind to the elderly sad

Nasty, very unprofessional, and long wait. Yelled at my husband repeatedly while examining him. When he said she was hurting him she said she HAD to because he wasn't opening his eyes! No privacy given; treatment was done with the door open. Also, after 1+ hr wait, waited another 3/4 hr in a small room with at least 3 other patients, some whom she treated while the rest of us looked on. One patient was even given an injection in their eye while we were all present! Avoid her!!

Have been seeing Dr. Notaro annually for at least 10 years. She's always pleasant and I look forward to these visits, despite the discomfort of the eye drops! Sometimes the waiting room is very full but not always; I usually schedule at end-of-day to avoid bright sunlight after the retinal exam. She's thorough and explains the results to me.

Dr. Notaro is RUDE!!! I went with my 88 year old grandmother to get her eye looked at and the doctor was yelling at my grandmother and just being DOWN right nasty! I seen a lady walk out of the office with blood running down her face... I felt awful! She has no respect for anyone especially older people! My grandmother was in the room crying when Dr. Notaro walked out.. I wish she would close her practice down.

I found Dr Notaro to be rude. Wait times are extremely long in her office. On one occasion, the wait time was 2 hours. She was unapologetic about the wait.

Dr. Notaro was wonderful. She took the time to explain my condition and answer my questions. She also calls me personally to answer my questions. And her staff is very friendly.
