She did not care to listen patient concern (no follow up at all) and has no problem dropping a patient if you complain. I got continuous side effects from the medication she prescribed (Triluma bleaching cream and steriod cream). Please be aware that if you raise your concern to the main office, you will get a letter saying discountinuing relationship with your care provider. This doctor or the entire office do not care if you suffer from side effects causing from them. I went to see a lawyer when they dropped me saying my case was too diffcult to handle. well- I got acne from steriod cream you asked me to put on. so it was not a serious cancer that you were dealing with. if you cannot handle the steorid acne, what can you treat then?

I saw Dr. Taylor about a skin pigmentation issue and also really bad acne I've struggled with for years. She was very easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and gave me a treatment plan that has been very effective. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a dermatologist in the Tysons/Mclean area

I agree with all these positive comments about Dr. Taylor. In addition, She acknowledged my appointment was almost an hour ago, which I appreciate she noticing on my first visit. However, There was someone continuously coughing in the waiting room, I didn't notice an Optional nose cover or someone suggesting to use one. I sympathize with the person struggling to overcome her nagging cough. At the same time, I was concerned to have a relapse on my flu symptoms, which I spent home bound for over 2weeks to overcome. I hope this doesn't offend or upset anymore. The front office staff were v. Nice to everyone. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Taylor to my circle of friends if asked. Thanks! Happy holidays!

It was a pleasure to meet you for the first time and I was pleased with your professionalism. I thought the visit went well and my concerns were resolved. The only negative was probably the fault of your assistant. You cut a small piece of skin from my back right thigh. I do not recall who put the band-aid over the cut. However, about an hour after arriving home I looked at the area and noticed that blood was over my leg in the area. I took off my jeans and saw that they were stained heavily on the inside and a little on the outside with blood. I did not have proper sized band-aides at my home, so I cleaned myself up, improvised a cover for the wound, then went to CVS and bought band-aides. It all worked out, but would have been better if an adequate cover/band-aide would have been put on in your office. However, I don't want this matter to take away from the fact that I was impressed by you.
