Phoenix, AZ |
Waited 2 months for minor surgery. Appointment at 11A. Arrived 10:40. Was just told at 11:20 she is running 45min begind. 1. Why didn't you state that at check in? Why should a patient have to wait because the Doctor is late to have something removed that is cancerous. Ridiculous wait time especially when scheduling so far in advance. A 45min appointment will now be 2 hours. Terrible patient experience.
