Dr. Blank is an excellent physician. I have seen her for a couple of issues over the past 2 years. A severe throat infection and most recently vertigo. She always explains things very well, gives me the time I need, answers all my questions, and comes up with a good plan of care- all while being compassionate. I highly recommend her.

I went to see Dr. Blank after she helped a member of my family with serious sinus issues. I had minor issues that she was able to take care of quickly and efficiently. Her overall manner was confident and professional. She took my concerns seriously and provided me with the medication I needed to feel better. If I have more issues, I will return.

Dr. Blank was attentive, listened to my whole history without interrupting and before giving a diagnosis, and empathetic. She gave me options for treatment and respected/encouraged my decision. I felt very confident in my treatment plan upon leaving my appointment, because she took the time to answer all my questions throughly and kindly.

My experience was terrible. I had an 8:00 am appointment and was told to get there 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, which I did. There was no evaluation with a nurse or anyone else before seeing the doctor. Then, at 9:00, I left without seeing Dr. Blank. A doctor who does not care about her patient's time does not care about her patients, so I went to another doctor. One more thing, the receptionist did not arrive until 8:05, so it was a waste of my time getting there early.

My husband had an outstanding experience with Dr. Blank in the diagnosis and treatment of both a simple sebaceous cyst and tonsil cancer. She is very knowledgeable, generous with her time, and exhibits excellent judgment. Her thorough approach led to the discovery of tonsil cancer when treating something completely unrelated. She always made time for my husband in her schedule which allowed us to move from diagnosis to treatment very quickly. Her practice manager Brit is excellent as well.
