I found Dr. Blake to be both personable and very efficient. She explained everything clearly, and made sure that I understood what was being said, and then strongly encouraged me to contact the office again if I had follow up questions. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Blake is an outstanding physician who truly cares about her patient's. She is an expert in all aspects of pain management. Dr. Blake and her staff administers the back injections for me in a manner that creates minimum pain and discomfort. She explains things well and is an excellent communicator. The injections she is giving me are preventing me from having a fusion at this time and enabling me to walk. I highly recommend Dr. Blake and her staff.

Dr. Blake has been my chronic pain management doctor for 10+ years. She has an excellent bedside manor. She really listens to you and finds the best treatment for you. I get multiple epidural injections each year. She has never caused me to have undo pain during the procedure. Her office is extremely accommodating when making appointments. I’ve never had to wait long to get in to see her when I’ve needed to. I recommend her to everyone who has chronic pain.

Great doctor and caring staff. I took my mother to see her for pain that caused her not to be able to walk. Dr Blake took her in diagnosed the problem. Her and the staff were very caring and very helpful. My mother had dementia and they understood and were just great with her, very patient and very pleasant with her. She spent the time needed to explain things to my mother, even having to repeat herself a few times. I can't say enough good things. I also had treatment there and was very happy.

This is the poorest run office I have ever encountered. I had medical records and a new patient referral faxed on 3 separate occasions. I called the office to follow-up each time and no one cld. tell me where my records were. No intake record was ever made. My records sat on Kathy's desk for 3 mos. who did nothing with them b/c she didn't know if they were faxed by mistake. Unbelievable.

Doctor Blake is the best in the business. You are getting a neurologist as well as a pain doctor all at the same time!! If you want action and not words go see Sara Blake. If you cannot be helped with pain mitigation Sara will not hesitate to let you know you need surgical help. I had Severe Spinal Cord Injury for over 30 years, all the doctors I saw said I was strong and smiling so I must be OK. Sara Blake saw me one time and ordered an MRI as she zeroed in on something that was wrong!!

I am new to the whole deal of neck pain and injections, but I wanted it under xray so I chose Dr. Blake. I was evaluated one day and given injections the next. She is very personable, very down to earth and very competent. Now her office staff is a whole other deal! May be low pay, may be trying to help a person up, but only a couple appeared to be professionally trained and required to follow through on job descriptions. I don't go for the staff, I go for Dr. Blake and she is excellent

Checked in for my appointment, was told we will get you right back by receptionist, waited in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes, while the MA repeatedly said I will be right back to take you back, finally went back to a room, waited another half hour. The Dr. came in without making eye contact, without even apologizing for the wait, and spent 5 minutes with me. Did not even assess the problem that I was there for. Horrible bedside manner. At least tell the pt she is running late.
