I bring my 4 kids here and absolutely love this place!! Dr O'Heron listened to every concern I had and suggested some different things to do for anxiety instead of just throwing us on medication. The wait can sometimes be long but she is totally worth the wait as I know she may have emergencies pop up!!

I was recently a new patient and had a really great experience. I was very impressed with the way the office is handling the coronavirus. The office was very clean and everyone was disinfecting in between patients. I also found Dr. O'Heron to be very knowledgeable and understanding.

We waited for an hour and a half after waiting two months for an appointment. She wouldn’t listen and kept cutting us off, she took two phone calls in the middle of our appointment! We explained that our daughter really struggled in school and needed to be tested for ADD or learning disabilities to find solutions. She wouldn’t even discuss that instead prescribing “get more sleep and take bubble baths to destress!” It felt like quackery, on the second appointment our daughter went on her own (just turned 18 high school senior) and she told her that she needed to stop obeying her parents and set her own rules. Our daughter came home crying and telling us that Dr. O’Heron is a hippie and wants her to go to a hypnotist. While I was there trying to help she said, “Dad’s need to just stay out of it.” My daughter is very shy and wasn’t comfortable talking about her struggles and asked us to be there. Notice that 1/3 of reviews are ONE STAR! I wish I had looked these up 1st!

Worst Quackery Ever? Anti Parent... – Nov 13, 2019
This is the worst doctor I ever seen. She turned on me and dropped me as a patient after 15 years when I became very ill. My medical insurance asked me to file a grievance against her when I got better, but I didn't. I decided to leave it in God's hands.

Strong recommendation NOT TO GO TO THIS OFFICE. Staff is rude, Dr. O'Heron is angry and irritated at any patient questions. She is aggressive and caused a conflict between my daughter and myself in the office during a check-up appointment. She is very unprofessional and physically pushed me out of the exam room. They seem more concerned with billing for procedures than treating the patient. Better to find another office where they treat you with respect.

I have been seeing Dr. O’Heron for the last five years. She is very knowledgeable and beyond kind and compassionate. She sent me to a specialist one time who told me “any other doctor would have missed this. You must have a wonderful doctor.” I feel very fortunate to have such a great doctor!

I’ve been a patient of Dr O’Herons for over 8 years. She’s very thorough, and gets to root cause of any issue vs just treating symptoms. She’s also very good about using diagnostic tools when appropriate to ensure a proper diagnosis vs treating empirically which is more common amongst physicians. I would highly recommend her. As a medical sales rep and manager who’s called on many practices I chose her to be my dr. I travel 1.5 hours to see Dr OHeron.

BEWARE! Doctor O’Heron is not a Competent doctor. I went to her for my pregnancy. I called her with bleeding and no movement of my baby, told me to take a BATH!! I would have lost my baby if I listened to her. The staff is grumpy and never are happy to see you. The wait time is ridiculous upwards of 3 hours. The waiting room is not the cleanest but the exam rooms are worse. It looks like they are never moped and the toys are always dirty looking. The bathroom floors are sticky with god knows wat

Be aware!! If you want to wait over two hours and have nothing better to do this is the right office for you!! Rude staff and outdated facility!! Dr. Sarah O. was nice a few time when she was convincing me to be her patient then became rude and unkind when i became her patient. Hope they realize patients' time is important too!!
