Had a terrible experience with this doctor and her office - very disorganized, lack of follow through and not professional. Had to constantly follow up and overall frustrating experience. She would regularly cancel appointments last minute.

She forgot to check a lesion I mentioned at the beginning of my visit, and it turned out to be skin cancer. I felt rushed, and felt she did not listen to me at all. Did not explain anything. She just wanted to get on to the next patient. Disappointing.

Not very nice. Only spent a couple seconds with me so I asked for a copay refund which she refused. Choose a different dermatologist is my advice.

Unfortunately, while Dr. Flores diagnosis was music to my ears because it was not skin cancer (I was terrified), her demeanor, lack of interest in answering my questions or spending more than a couple of minutes with me, left me feeling...at best stupid...she had zero compassion. The nurse who assisted was a blessing and sweet...so thankful for her. Can't imagine how a cancer diagnosis from Dr. Flores would be handled any different. I'm sad to write this review, but I am so bothered by this.

absolutely the worst doctor i have ever been to. She did not read anything about me. she thought I was 68 when I am actually 63. She told me 4 times I was old yes using the word old. She thought i was on a blood thinner when i am not and never have been. She is a disgrace as a doctor and Kaiser is better than that.
