Dr. Santosh K. Garg is a Board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics caring for children of San Gabriel Valley and the surroundings communities since 1992.
After earning his medical degree from Punjabi University in India in 1970, he finished a full residency in Pediatrics and earned a Masters degree in Pediatrics in 1974. He moved to the U.S in 1975. He took additional Pediatric residency training from Rutgars University and associated hospitals in New Jersey. He has been practicing in California since 1981.
Over the last 30 years Dr. Garg has been engaged in a group practice with an HMO and has been in his solo practice in West Covina, CA since 2001.
He has been on the clinical facility at UCI as an assistant Professor of Pediatrics from 1983 to 2002. He was chair of Pediatrics department at Queen of the Valley Hospital for years 1999, 2007, and 2016. His main office is in the city of West Covina CA. He also goes part time to the offices of Central City Clinics in the cities of El Monte, Baldwin Park, and La Puente.
Dr Garg is well respected by his peers and hospital staff. He places his patient care and well being above all other interests. Besides speaking fluent English he speaks Hindi and Punjabi. All the office staff is fluent in English and Spanish.
