When you have a diagnosis of cancer of any kind, you panic. Dr. Lee was able to reassure me immediately. He explained my situation to me and my daughter in detail and outlined what my treatment would be. His initial diagnosis was confirmed and my treatment is going on smoothly. You would be hard pressed to find a more compassionate hematologist, oncologist with excellent skills and judgement like his. I very highly recommend him to anyone in need of a fine hematologist.

Dr. Lee was the first Dr. I saw at my initial visit after finding out I had AML. He was kind, caring and gave me the support and encouragement I needed to move forward. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lee and Ayilet and the rest of the staff.

Dr. Lee is my talented physician for a blood-based disease. He received prestigious fellowships at NYP/Columbia U & Cornell Weil. He is always up to date, engaged, responsive, and involved in many clinical trials at Weil/Columbia. All his actions are vetted with his team - among the best in the world. I trust him absolutely. The other reviews - CML is highly treatable & indeed fantastic news in this world, where standard blood count ranges mean little, and treating too soon a mistake.

In July, 2016 my daughter was diagnosed with CML, a diagnosis which Dr. Lee assured her was "good news" Really, good news.......leukemia! In September after only two months of treatment my daughter was told by Doctor Lee that her next appointment would be at the end of December. At her December appointment all levels were below normal and yet she was told to come back in 3-4 weeks. Thankfully, she is being treated at another hospital now. At last, she has a competent treating physician.
