Ft Lauderdale, FL |
This doctor is rude and demeaning to the patients - and he bullies the staff and his staff bullies the patients. The wait time was outrageous and reflects the disregard for the patients. The office waiting room is disgusting and dirty.

Ft Lauderdale, FL |
Asked him to LOWER the dosage on a script he had already written. All he had to do was call the pharmacy LOWER the dosage - so that I could pay $350 instead of $700+ and he WOULD NOT do so without seeing me AGAIN - for another $225 for the visit. He already saw me and gave me the paper script! He totally and completely does not care at all about his clients - stay away from this guy!

Saw the dr. in Dec 2016 - had to wait 3 hours in the office, despite being there just before my appointment. Very rude and unprofessional Dr. He did drug test and sent it to laboratory not part of my insurance. Now I owe close to $3,000.00. Don't go to him. It's a waste of time

At first , I thought dr. Silverman was going to be great and really cared. That all changed once he met with the workers comp people. It was very clear that he cared more about keeping insurance costs down rather that helping me get better. I had an appointment the beginning of this month and told them I couldn't make it my mom was in critical condition in hospital. They we're annoyed, dr was leaving on vacation. My mom died, called office was hung up on,called back and was told I was discharged!

I called and explained I could not make my appointment because my mother was having emergency surgery and could die He was leaving on vacation and said that I must come in the next day. I called back explained there were complications and I could not leave my mothers side. he was annoyed but I thought he understood. I sat at my mothers side for 13 days but she passed away I call the office to see if he was back from vacation Fran hung up on me ,called back she said you've been discharged

Despite letting him know epidural steroid block was tried twice, he said we should do anyway because Medicare wouldnt pay for more advance procedures unless we did. Insulted my wife basically calling her a liar when she said she called his staff to let them know I couldnt make appt saying he wasnt informed. The previous appt I took prescribed Cyclobenzapr for planned epidural and when I showed, they said dr wasnt there and I had no appointment.dr Silverman has an attitude and is all about money
in Coral Springs, FL |
The office staff is horrible from Monica in the (wanna be) insurance verification department to Fran who is the RUDEST and most unprofessional front desk clerk I have ever encountered! The doctor himself seemed to be great, too bad he has no idea that his staff is really BAD and that is probably why I was the only person waiting to see him!
