Dr. Sandra Glasson attended the University of Virginia for her undergraduate education in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering. She later attended medical school at Duke University where she received her Doctor of Medicine and was fellowship trained in Pediatric Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She has been practicing for 24 years. Dr. Glasson has spent time working with various Olympic Sports teams, including women's field hockey, women's basketball and the U.S. women's National soccer team while they claimed the gold medal in Athens, Greece. Additionally, Dr. Glasson has spent time working with various local sports teams, including Old Dominion University Wrestling Team, Elizabeth City State University basketball, Virginia Rush Soccer Club and First Colonial and Princess Anne High Schools.
